We need your help!!!

Some of you may have noticed our new Auntie Foundation display in reception (if you haven’t please take a look). As a nursery we would like to regularly fundraise to support this great cause. We are planning a few events in the nursery that you can participate in. Some include:

* Christmas Hamper- you can donate to us some festive food, drink and gifts that we can raffle off in the nursery. These would need to be given to the nursery by the end of November

* Christmas Jumper Day 16th December – Dress your children in Christmas jumpers, festive colours and donate £1 towards our charity. Staff will also be involved.

* Can your business/workplace help – Are you able to sponsor or get sponsorship from you workplace for a gift that we can raffle? Such as meal for 2, cosmetics for example

* Cake sale – Can you bake us a Christmas cake, scones, cupcakes, fruit loafs or breads for us to sell? We will be having our Christmas dinner/party for the children on the 15th December. (Details will follow closer to the time).

Halloween: 2-3s Room

Recently the 2-3 room have been exploring festivals and the changes around us this autumn. Please take a look around our room to see your children’s beautiful art work and pictures. In the month’s coming up to Christmas, we would like for our parents to get involved. E.g.: come in and read a book with us, come and do an activity with the children. If this interests you please come and speak to Aman the room leader. We are trying to build our family board. Could all parents please email in a photo to be featured.

Autumn: Toddler Room

Recently Toddler Room has been exploring nature taking trips to the park collecting a variety of leaves from different trees. Next week the toddlers will be creating their own paintings using autumn colours, collages and leaves they have collected on their trips. If you have any pictures of yourselves and your child in the park please email us some pictures which we can use on our displays and create a book. Please let us know if your child is learning or interested in an activity which we can extend their learning at the nursery.

Autumn: Baby Room

Recently Baby Room have been to the park to explore the surroundings, collecting and feeling autumn leaves. For Halloween the children enjoyed dressing up and carving pumpkins playing with glop and other gooey activities. They also enjoyed painting the pumpkin which you will see pictures up in the room of all the fun activities on the day. Please pop in to our room and have a look at our new displays.
